This Bimber was matured in a single 2010 Palo Cortado sherry butt.   

One of only 950 bottles produced from Cask #258-7/62.

Distillery Information

Bimber Distillery is a craft micro-distillery based in north London.

The distillery was founded in 2015 where Bimber’s first casks were laid down on the 26th May 2016. They released the inaugural single malt whisky (The First) three years later in September of 2019.
