A hugely sought after single cask bottling from Bimber distillery. This has been fuly matured in an Oloroso Cask No. 441 and bottled in November 2022. The Covent Garden edition forms part of 'The Spirit of the Underground' series and is one of only 321 bottled.

Distillery Information

Bimber Distillery is a craft micro-distillery based in north London.

The distillery was founded in 2015 where Bimber’s first casks were laid down on the 26th May 2016. They released the inaugural single malt whisky (The First) three years later in September of 2019.
