This expression from Daftmill Distillery was bottled in 2019 and is 1 of only 1785 bottles distilled 2007.

Matured in Ex-Bourbon Barrels #023/2007,#024/2007,#025/2007,#027/2007, #032/200, #035/2007 & #038/2007  for the limited edition Winter Batch release.

Distillery Information

Daftmill Distillery is a single malt Scotch whisky distillery, located in a converted barn at Daftmill Farm in the Howe of Fife. Built in a converted meal mill and using unpeated malt, Daftmill has a maximum production capacity of only 20,000 litres of alcohol per year, making it a very low-volume distillery. Its first release was introduced as Daftmill 2005 12 Year Inaugural Release. All the grain used in distillation is produced on the farm.
