Description

Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this bottling is part of the fifth release of four bottles in The Spirit of the Underground series they have produced to celebrate one of the great engineering projects of the last 200 years. This particular release celebrates Tottenham Court Road station and was put down to mature in a single ex-rye cask for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 274 bottles, this whisky was bottled free from chill filtration and artificial colourings at a strength of 57.1% abv.

Distillery Information

Bimber Distillery is a craft micro-distillery based in north London.

The distillery was founded in 2015 where Bimber’s first casks were laid down on the 26th May 2016. They released the inaugural single malt whisky (The First) three years later in September of 2019.
