Distilled at Ben Nevis on the 5th of December 2001 and bottled at 19 years old after different maturations by Cask 88 to celebrate the 250th anniversary of Sir Walter Scott. 

Savoir Faire - Cask Type - Red Wine Firkin.  55% ABV. 

The Apple of My Eye - Cask Type - Virgin Oak Firkin. 53.6% ABV 

Lock, Stock & Barrel - Cask Type - Oloroso Octave. 51.6% ABV 

Tongue in Cheek - Cask Type - PX Octave. 52.7% ABV

Ben Nevis Distillery, founded in 1825, is a whisky distillery in Fort William, Scotland.

It is situated at the base of Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in the British Isle.

The coastal distillery in the Western Highlands, draws its water from the Allt a’Mhuilinn which originates from two pools on Ben Nevis, Coire Leis and Coire na’Ciste.
