Description

One of only 1000 bottles the Bimber 1st release was aged in Ex Pedro Ximenez Sherry Casks.

5 casks were selected by trhe Master Distlller those being numbers 6,19,31,37 and 38.

Individually numbered, natural coloured and non-chill filtered.

Distillery Information

Bimber Distillery is a craft micro-distillery based in north London.

The distillery was founded in 2015 where Bimber’s first casks were laid down on the 26th May 2016. They released the inaugural single malt whisky (The First) three years later in September of 2019.
