Description

Distilled at the Bimber distillery in London, this release was bottled specially to commemorate the coronation of King Charles III in 2023. This expression was put down to mature in ex-bourbon and ex-Bordeaux red wine casks for an undisclosed length of time. Part of a limited release of 1,400 bottles.

Distillery Information

Bimber Distillery is a craft micro-distillery based in north London.

The distillery was founded in 2015 where Bimber’s first casks were laid down on the 26th May 2016. They released the inaugural single malt whisky (The First) three years later in September of 2019.
