Description

Whiskies from silent distillery Brora distilled in 1972 have attained near-mythical status. There are five Rare Malt Brora 1972's and this particular version (60.02%). Not even Serge Valentin at Whiskyfun has managed to source this bottle! But he did score other distillery bottlings of the same vintage in the 96, 97 points range. A legendary dram and as usual from the Rare Malts series - very collectable indeed. The jewel in the crown of the Rare Malts series.

The Brora distillery founded in 1819 is the producer of single malt Scotch whisky that operated between 1819 and 1983 and then from 2021 onwards.
